Day 2 - Breakfast
Walked gus first thing. Two egg whites, feta cheese, 2 slices of turkey bacon, and a grapefruit picked from the tree. Small cup of black coffee.  Suprinsgly, i’m not hurting as much as i thought i would. Stretching saved the day.

Weight 221 Monday May 24, 2010. This past weekend i decided to begin losin it all, my weight. I work monday thru friday 9-6 sitting at a desk all day. I get little to no excercise, other than a 20-25 minute walk with my dog in the morning. I’ve been working on eating better and drinking less. So far so good.
