Weight 221
Monday May 24, 2010. This past weekend i decided to begin losin it all, my weight. I work monday thru friday 9-6 sitting at a desk all day. I get little to no excercise, other than a 20-25 minute walk with my dog in the morning.
I’ve been working on eating better and drinking less. So far so good.
Tonight i started to excercise, and i probably didnt make the best choice in program but i’m going to try to stick with it. I’m trying to do the Insanity program. A 60 day fitness program that promises get you into great shape.
I tried the first video, the fitness test. I started out strong, but quickly deteriorated. I made it about three quarters of the way. My inner thighs in so much pain i decided to stop for the night. The last thing i want to do is injure myself.
Tommorrow, i’ll try it again, but try to pace myself better. Until next time.
